Directions to Royal Palm Bay CondosKissimmee, FL 34746

From Florida’s Turnpike

  1. Traveling south, take exit #244 and turn right. Traveling north, take exit #242 and turn left.
  2. Proceed on Route 192 west, approximately 15 miles to Poinciana Blvd.
  3. Turn left at Poinciana Boulevard, located just beyond Mile Marker 11.
  4. Travel approximately 1 ½ miles.
  5. Royal Palm Bay Condos are on the left side.

From Orlando International Airport

  1. Exit airport (south exit) and take Greenway (Route 417) South to Route 535.
  2. Turn left onto Route 535. Turn right onto Route 192.
  3. At the next light, which is Poinciana Boulevard, turn left and go approximately 1 ½ miles.
  4. Royal Palm Bay Condos are on the left side.

From I-4 West

  1. Take exit #27 – Lake Buena Vista, and turn left onto Route 535.
  2. Turn right onto Route 192.
  3. At the next light, which is Poinciana Boulevard, turn left and go approximately 1 ½ miles.
  4. Royal Palm Bay Condos are on the left side.

From I-4 East

  1. Take exit 25A – Kissimmee/Route 192.
  2. Stay on Route 192 for about 6 miles.
  3. Turn right at Poinciana Boulevard (Perkins Restaurant and Ramada Inn on the corner).
  4. Travel approximately 1 ½ miles.
  5. Royal Palm Bay Condos are on the left side.

From Orlando International Airport

  1. Take the Beeline (528) West to I-4 West.
  2. Follow airport exit signs for Disney World/Attractions.
  3. Travel approximately 8 miles on I-4 West to Highway 192 West, exit 64B.
  4. Take 192 West and turn left on Old Lake Wilson Road, CR-545. Windsor Hills is less than 1 mile on the right.

From Sanford/Orlando International Airport

  1. Exit the airport on Lake Mary Boulevard and drive 8.5 miles to I-4 West.
  2. Take I-4 West to Exit 64B onto 192 West.
  3. Travel on 192 West and turn left on Old Lake Wilson Road, CR-545.
  4. Windsor Hills is less than 1 mile on the right.

From Tampa International Airport

  1. Stay straight to go onto Red Terminal.
  2. Red Terminal becomes Airport Exit.
  3. Take the SR-60 ramp toward I-275/Downtown.
  4. Merge onto N Memorial Highway/Fl-60 E.
  5. Merge onto I-275 N toward I-4.
  6. Merge onto I-4 E via Exit 45B toward Orlando.
  7. Travel for 56 miles.
  8. Take US-27 (Exit 55) toward Haines City/Clermont.
  9. Merge onto US-27 N and drive 8 miles to Rt. 192 East.
  10. Exit onto Rt. 192 East (also called Irlo Bronson Highway) and go 5 miles to Old Lake Wilson Road, CR-545.
  11. Turn right onto Old Lake Wilson Road, CR-545.
  12. Windsor Hills is less than 1 mile on the right.
